·        Adding Lions immediately takes the remaining pressure of Casa de Julio. In fact Casa de Julio now becomes an “emergency only” overspill hotel. The pyramid office is permanently reclaimed and the North-East hotel bedroom is converted to a living/dining room

·        With 10 hotel rooms, a dormitory that houses 5 people and even an employees room the pyramid is now in much better shape to ramp up the number of guests. Capacity is now in the region of 15 – 25 people. A temporary reception should be established

·        By now the pyramid will be employing around 20 people and the employee rest room will be essential as pyramid employment becomes more critical

·        Another objective of this phase is to finish the pyramid sewage system and deal with the sewage correctly
