Phase 12 Objective: “Construction Completion"
By July 2009 (2 Weeks)

“Phase 12 Objectives Discussed"

·        July 2009 is ready for the tourist peak month. The pyramid may host the 2009 Shamen Conference

·        In the final 2 weeks all outstanding construction tasks must be completed or handed over to the maintenance man. The full-time maintenance man will be taken from the construction crew and added as a permanent employee of the pyramid

·        Get all art finished and move out of construction mentality, focus now more on the quality of service and on the bigger causes the pyramid must support

·        By 9^th September 2009 all profit must now be diverted at the project causes and not on more construction. Construction must end!

·        It is hoped that between July and September 2009 Healthy Holidays will generate enough capital so that the project can have a land based office in Iquitos

·        The official opening, press date, for the pyramid will be 9^th September 2009

"Phase 12 Additional Weight"

·        The maximum capacity of the audience is 400. A weight of 80kg is allowed per person, this is a safe, over estimation of the average person

·        When the 44 employees, 90 tourists and tourist baggage is added on the total additional weight is 50 tons

·        Note that rain water capture was already added on in the weight of the water tanks
