Pyramid Investment Opportunity

 

"North-East Apartment"

The Opportunity is thus:

After September 2009 when construction is complete we will have two VIP apartments on the Platform level.  The income from the apartments is expected to be very lucrative and this money is not allocated to the missions because it does not form part of the core business income

The idea is that one of these incomes will be auctioned off right now.  This means that the project gets money to help us continue with the current construction.  The investor gets all the future income from the apartment after the pyramid opens.  It’s that simple

Of course the investor/s may decide to simply live in the apartment themselves (our preferred option) – 

...or they may be happy for our project to market the apartment 

...or indeed may wish to market it themselves – it’s really their choice

Note that we are not selling the apartment, we are just selling to one person (or married couple) the rights to all the future income the apartment will generate.  This would probably mean that the initial outlay would get recouped in the first year or two and then further years ownership would generate additional, ongoing profit

If at any point after the project has financially matured the investor wants the initial outlay back then the pyramid will buy it back at the same amount as was originally invested.  The investment is non transferable – this is to protect us from getting the wrong kind of business partner on board which would be a problem

Frankly I’m hoping we’ll get a wonderful spiritual person who’s looking to have their own personal Amazon retreat in the magic of the pyramid and will enjoy experiencing first hand what we are doing down here in Peru.  If the kind of visitors the pyramid will attract are the people you would want to get to kno then it is a great way to network

 

Apartment Details:

The 2 bedroom apartment is 45m² and situated in the North-East corner of the Pyramid

Of course the outside balcony will be made private also.  The floor plan of the whole of the platform level is shown below.  (The apartment is in the top-left corner of the drawing below altho in fact the investor has the choice of the two)

The cost of fitting out the apartment will be met as part of the standard construction costs of the pyramid.  The budget will be the same as the other apartment

The apartment will enjoy spectacular sunrises and be situated in the cleanest air in the world which is oxygenated by 1000s of miles of jungle:-

 

The pyramid will be connected to the Iquitos city centre by a free shuttle boat that runs every 15 minutes (The crossing is 10 minutes).  The apartment will have internet
